The Institute’s three-month climate outlook for the Korean Peninsula, issued monthly. Precipitation and temperature are given as probabilities against the normal (above / normal / below).

Choose a year and month to see that month’s bulletin. Records go back to 2019. Bulletins are issued in the middle of each month, so before the 15th the previous month’s bulletin is the most recent one.
